All questions answered, all phone calls/texts returned. If you need HOA approval his contract/proposal will answer answer all questions and gain approval. Project started and finished on time and his work crew, particularly José, are really craftsmen. Watching them cut and shape the rock was a delight and an education. Complete clean up at the end of the project and both of my neighbors now want to talk to him.

Hired him after reading the reviews. his guys showed up around 0830 and finished the brick work in a day when it was supposed to take 2 days. they removed some rotting landscape timbers and dug out some old shrubs so they could install some drains behind the walls so the water wouldn't get trapped. they were very neat and cleaned up very well. it looks great and puts to shame the brick work we just had done over the summer! "Richard Uhl did a fantastic job and was so easy to work with. During the project the basement took on water due to clogged gutters and lots of rain and he went above and beyond what he had to do. He poured concrete outside to plug the holes and had to patch the primer in order to keep on schedule. In addition he was up front and honest when he realized the concrete would not take the stain well and so we switched gears and went with a metallic system. And thank goodness we did because it looks awesome!! Richard came in and saved our basement project. The GC had previously brought in another floor sub and he did a horrible job with the stain and epoxy and Richard ground the concrete down and did the metallic coat.
